Welcome, we here at Diligent Designs decided to make a easy and smooth way for you to get what your looking for. Follow  the simple steps below to get your process started today.

Consultation

Every journey begins with the first step. We cannot hope to meet your expectations unless we understand precisely what they are now, and what you think they will be in the future. We simply ask you to fill out Request for Quote form where will obtain a clear brief from you, which will enable us to fully grasp your requirements, objectives and strategy, as well as the needs and desires of your target customers. You should receive a response to the form within 24 hours which will include a recap of what was requested and the quoted price. You have the choice to approve the quote and move forward to the next phase or set an appointment to have a Project Manager give you a call back.

Defining The Concept

Using the information gathered from our interaction in the Consultation phase, it’s time to map out the design and flow of your project. Here’s where we ensure that we’re all on the same page. This is where the fun really starts. We then use the brief we have defined and agreed upon, and create a design that portrays these concepts and gives expression to your intentions. Once the concept is ready for approval you will be notified and will have a chance to either approve the current design (with changes during the development phase) or request a new concept because we have not captured your vision. We will create a maximum of 3 concepts ( every concept is sent within a 48 hr time frame). When the final concept is approved, you  then accept the Term and Service. A 50% deposit is required at the end of this phase.

Development

This part of the process combines the specifications gathered from the earlier steps to add the brains behind the beauty. We write code, throw some colour into the mix, and transform the design into a fully functional website. We use one of our test servers which we send to you and we encourage you to play in our development zone as your vision comes alive. We will provide you with a Username and Password where you will be able to login into the Clients  Corner and check the progress of your website, upload requested files, add comments and more. Clients corner is a great way to keep in contact with your personal Project Manager. Your Project Manager will always keep you posted as to the current progress of your project. 

Deployment

Live and kicking. In this final step we transfer your website from the development environment into the real world. We provide you with the power and flexibility to manage your own site from here, we send you a small instructional explaining the ins and outs of your website. No worries we aren’t going anywhere and we will be here to answer any questions you may have.
